If you go to Portland, you should definitely visit The Lovecraft. It is named after the horror fiction writer H.P. Lovecraft. This place is really something. There are pictures of Edgar Allen Poe, Lovecraft, Nosferatu hanging on the walls. Live bands and DJs provide good music. The bar also organizes tarot reading and burlesque.

This bar is actually an area in a museum in Château St. Germain built by the Swiss artist H.R. Giger, whose paintings were used as a template of the alien in the movie Alien. There are 3-D faces, skulls and ribs popping out of the wall and an enormous skeletal structure.

This bar is named and inspired by the 1922 silent film Nosferatu. The place has created an authentic atmosphere that will take in the Dracula’s castle. While having an import drink like Malibu Rum or Evan Williams bourbon, you will be surrounded by skeletons, coffins, red lights and religious emblems.
